Happy February!  I have missed my guys (and girls) so much.  What have I been doing?  Well, I had a couple of family members that needed some extra TLC after a spill or two.  So, I did what I do best.... dont be so dirty. ;)

New format for a few weeks.  Bike night a couple nights a week and a sexy dress up and get me naked on another.  I'll be on my trainer in my bike shorts and tank or bikini top and spinning my wheels for 50 mins.  To make it interesting here are some tokens to control the workout.
Next hardest gear:                   50 tokens
Next lowest gear:                     20 tokens
30 sec sprint/ 90 sec recovery:  30 tokens
Topless for 2 mins:                   50 tokens  (topless for duration of yellow wall!)

SeXXXy Shower show afterwards 1200 tokens.
